SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Move Outdoors uses a secondary company, Printful, for all shipping and ordering services. These products are made once ordered and may take longer than typical for delivery. 

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

​Returns must be made through Printful. Move Outdoors does not handle returns on purchased items. Any items to be returned must be returned directly to Printful, Move Outdoors is not capable of taking returns at this time. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

 

However, please reach out to Move Outdoors and let them know of any issues found so we may address them. Thank you for your understanding and supporting Move Outdoors.
